If you are reporting a problem on our this Form: Please be sure to completely fill out all required fields and include as many additional details as possible we need completed reports in order to assist us in expediting your inquiry for example:
- We require the software version, describe if your talking about PC-Diag Professional DOS or Windows, Burn-In DOS or Windows, USB DOS, Windows Remote Pro Controller, Windows Remote Client, Windows NIC Test, Novice DOS or Windows, Windows Lite
- A detailed description of the problem and how to reproduce it if applicable to your situation.
- Details of how we may be able to contact you by email.
- If you purchased the your software directly from us or from one of our resellers.
NOTE: Sorry, but we do not support trial versions of our software, unless you have a trial version authorization number!
