VERY IMPORTANT: All software serial activation numbers and download links are emailed to you with the exception of the NIC test. If you have purchased a NIC test then please register for it below. All other software serail numbers we email directly to the email address that was entered into our shopping cart when the order was placed.

PROBLEM CATEGORIES READ BELOW:
You didn't receive an email from us. You can't get into the Customer Log In page.
Problem 1) You or someone else incorrectly entered your email address when the order was placed.
Action you need to take:
a.) Please look at your invoice to see if the email is correct.
b.) If it is incorrect you can still log into the page above, but you will need to use the incorrect email address that was entered on your order form.
Problem 2) Someone else has placed the order and the email was sent to their address.
Action you need to take:
a.) You need to go to this person to receive a copy of the invoice that was sent to them, so you have all your required log in information.
Problem 3) You have checked and your email is correct, but you still have not received anything from us.
Our emails to you are probably being blocked by SPAM filters, this is quite a common occurrence.
Action you need to take:
a.) Well you don't really need to have anything emailed to you. If you can't figure out why your not receiving emails just go to this link. You must copy and paste it into your browser you can't click on it.

Problem 4) You have entered your correct email address and order number and you still can't get into the Customer Log in page. This may be happening because you have purchased using a Wire Transfer, PO, Check or Money Order and PC-Diag is waiting on your payment to clear.
Action you need to take:
a.) Go to this page and fill out a Trouble Ticket, you can't click on it so copy and paste it into your browser:

Problem 5) If none of the above problems apply to you.

PLEASE DO NOT FILL THIS OUT IF HAVE PURCHASED ANY OTHER VERSION OF OUR SOFTWARE EXCEPT THE NIC TEST. WITH ONE EXCEPTION IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED A MUCH OLDER VERSION OF OUR SOFTWARE PRIOR TO 2010 AND YOU LOST YOUR SERIAL NUMBERS.

When registering your product be sure to select the correct product you purchased in the Drop Down (Select One) Field. PC-Diag NIC test just select only the version you purchased.
NOTE: Your product registration serial numbers will be forwarded to the e-mail address you entered on this registration form within the hour, PLEASE be patient! If you do not receive you activation numbers within the hour then you should check your SPAM folders, especially if you are using AOL, HOTMAIL, YAHOO, EARTHLINK or any similar addresses. If you have still not received you serial number after checking your SPAM filters then repeat the process (many times customers mistakenly type in their email address incorrectly).
It would also be wise to put us on your safe sender list include anything from @pc-diagnostics.com this way you will also be sure to receive all products updates and notices as well. If for some reason you still are not receiving serial numbers from us then your server is blocking our emails and we recommend you use a different email account. Unfortunately with the amount of SPAM today many companies have taken very aggressive measures to block what appears to be SPAM, we have no control over this, so please follow the instructions above.
