PC Diag Limited Warranty

PC-Diag Inc warrants to you, the original end-user purchaser, that the Product is in good working order and is free of manufacturing and component defects for a warranty period of one year for hardware and 90 days for software media after purchase from an authorized dealer. If the Product malfunctions during the warranty period, PC-Diag Inc will at their option repair or replace it at no cost to you. PC-Diag Inc’s entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be repair or replacement of the defective physical item. Any replacement or repair item shall be warranted for either the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer. This warranty is not transferable and it is void if the product becomes abused, misused, altered, repaired, or shipped to PC-Diag, Inc without PC-Diag, Inc authorization. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. PC-Diag, Inc shall not be liable in any way to the user or any other party for damages, including any lost profits, lost savings, liability in tort relating to the Product, its use or possession, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the Product. Some states do not allow limitations on warranty time period or on limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the preceding limitations may not apply to you. Any software included with the Product is provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. You bear the entire risk of the performance and quality of the software, and the suitability of the Product to your requirements.

  IMPORTANT: For additional post codes not listed in our test card manuals: Please be sure to research your bios maker and know the VERSION of the bios that you are troubleshooting. If you are working with AWARD bios, then you need to visit the AWARD website and download the post code manual provided DIRECTLY from the manufacture. Manufacturers normally have the downloads broken down into revision number, AWARD version 3.5 post code manual etc…, your manufacture will have a better explanation of the problem and code that is displayed on the test card.  Manufactures include: AWARD, AMI, PHEONIX, etc... You can also visit www.bioscentral.com for additional Post Codes.

 

NOTE: The codes that are displayed on the test cards are not codes that weprogrammed into the test cards, the codes you see displayed come directly from the BIOS manufacturer.
